Galileo Unit for Capturing Well-Head Gas in North Dakota

Charlotte, N.C.-based Spatco Energy Solutions reports the first U.S. sale of a Cryobox Nano natural gas liquefaction unit from Argentina’s Galileo, to the Utah-based Terra Energy Group. Terra will use the Cryobox to capture gas that would otherwise be flared at E&P operations in North Dakota, converting well-head gas into more than 8,000 gallons of liquefied natural gas daily.

The Cryobox LNG unit for Terra Energy is to be operational in early 2015.
