Standard C100N Plant for a Nominal 100,000 Gallons Per Day

Chart Industries reports that its Chart Energy & Chemicals unit has a contract with LNG Holdings (Florida) LLC to provide a standard C100N LNG liquefaction plant, to be able to produce a nominal 100,000 gallons per day of liquefied natural gas.

Stabilis and Koch’s Flint Hills Unit Aim for North Dakota Next

Stabilis Energy and the Flint Hills Resources subsidiary of Koch Industries have floated ambitious plans for liquefied natural gas to support oilfield operations. An initial 100,000-gallon-per-day facility by Chart E&C is promised for January 2015 in George West, Texas serving the Eagle Ford Shale.

Chart C100N and C250IMR Units, with First in Early 2015

Beaumont, Texas-based Stabilis Energy says it’s planning five natural gas liquefaction facilities to support high horsepower energy E&P, and then marine and rail markets, with the first of the five to come on line “in the first quarter of 2015 or before.”
